Honey Butter Pork Chops

These are the kind of meals I grew up on: meat, starch, veggie. And now I know why-they are satisfying and easy!

Honey Butter Pork Chops

You can use pork chops or pork tenderloin but grilling is key to caramelize that honey.

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin, trimmed or equivalent pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup water


  • Mix together marinade ingredients: water, seasoning, pepper, butter, and honey.
  • Marinate the tenderloin or chops for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Grill pork over medium heat until internal temperature reads 145 degrees. Let meat rest 10 minutes before serving.
