Easy to make and fun to eat! With everyone having control over their own ingredients, dinner always goes smoothly. I am super proud of this week’s pizzas, too, because I made homemade English Muffins from my sourdough starter. If you are a Sourdough fanatic like me then you can grab my recipe here.
Otherwise, just grab your favorite English Muffin brand, split them, top them with sauce, your favorite pizza toppings, and cheese. The quickest way to enjoy them is baking them in an Air Fryer: 425 degrees for 6 minutes. Or throw them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes.
