Clean plate club across the whole family tonight! I was inspired by a kebab recipe for tonight’s dinner. Kebabs are “fussy” to me, especially on a weeknight, so I prepared them into chicken bites.
Honey Mustard Chicken
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 2 inch cubes
- 2 tsp salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- Whisk the honey, mustard, olive oil, and cayenne in a large bowl. Remove 1/2 cup of the honey mustard to a small bowl and set aside for serving.
- Add chicken, salt, and pepper to remaining marinade and toss to coat. Let sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan to medium heat. Sauté chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
