Roast Beef Wraps with Broccoli Slaw

Afraid of the horseradish? Cut down on the straight horseradish by using a spicy mustard.

  • 3 cups broccoli slaw
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill, or 1 tbsp dried
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • provolone or Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 lb deli roast beef
  • whole-wheat wraps


  • Make the slaw: Toss the coleslaw mix, dill, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste in a bowl.
  • Layer the cheese, roast beef and slaw in the center of the wraps. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly. Cut in half and serve with chips, if desired.
