Honey Butter Pork Chops
You can use pork chops or pork tenderloin but grilling is key to caramelize that honey.
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin, trimmed or equivalent pork chops
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup water
Mix together marinade ingredients: water, seasoning, pepper, butter, and honey.
Marinate the tenderloin or chops for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Grill pork over medium heat until internal temperature reads 145 degrees. Let meat rest 10 minutes before serving.
